We are looking for a Business Report Receptionist to join our team in Inverness.
Job Purpose:
To be the first point of contact for the office, delivering excellent customer service through proficient call handling and aiming to exceed customer expectations by ensuring they are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, assessing customer needs and taking appropriate action.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Greeting clients and visitors entering the building
Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
Answering the telephone in a timely and polite manner, screening and directing calls
Take and deliver messages accurately, completely and in a timely manner
Overseeing the Meeting Room booking procedure
Organising catering for meetings
Set up appointments as requested
Receiving clients' documents, books and records etc handed in to reception and distributing to recipients quickly
Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to
Maintaining and updating the relevant spreadsheets and ensuring records are kept accurately
Support the business lines with the administration tasks
About You:
A leader of your work and your professional learning
Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential
Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
Attention to detail and organisational skills are desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
