Job Purpose:
We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager Maternity Cover to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy and key projects for Johnston Carmichael.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Support the Marketing Director in setting digital priorities and brainstorming innovative growth strategies.
Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation.
Manage and collaborate with external agencies, including web development partners.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities, such as SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising, in collaboration with digital agency support and the marketing team.
Lead and enhance the firm's social media presence.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against ROI and KPI goals.
Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance.
Analyse the end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities.
Assess emerging technologies and their potential applications at Johnston Carmichael.
Oversee digital best practices, ensuring team adherence and delivering training when required.
Deliver digital marketing training across the firm to enhance awareness and skills.
Manage key digital transformation projects as required.
Serve as the expert and primary lead for email marketing software.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns internally and collaborate with agencies for larger high-profile paid campaigns.
Be the custodian of our company website, ensuring we’re challenging content, approach and results.
Help to develop a strong lead capture, conversion and reporting process for digital leads.
About You:
A leader of your work and your professional learning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others.
Relevant experience in this or a similar role is preferred.
Proven working experience in digital marketing at manager level.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for all things digital.
