We are looking for a Director to join the leadership of our growing IT Assurance team.
Location is flexible within our Scottish offices, with an office presence of 2-3 days required.
The Role
We are looking to recruit a Director within our IT Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading our IT Assurance function. They will be responsible for developing strategy, managing high-level client relationships, delivering assurance engagements, and growing the practice.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the delivery of IT audit, risk, and assurance engagements across a wide range of sectors
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing strategic advice on IT governance, cybersecurity, controls, and compliance
Develop and execute the IT audit business strategy, including service line growth, resourcing, and innovation
Drive new business development, including networking, and relationship management
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of IT professionals
Collaborate with risk assurance, external audit, and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
Stay ahead of regulatory and technological developments impacting IT risk and assurance
About You
CISA, CISSP, CA qualification or equivalent
Proven experience in IT Audit within a professional services or consulting environment
Strong understanding of ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ERP systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to help leadership motivate and inspire a high performing team
Ambitious and strategic mindset focused on quality interactions with clients and a keenness to help grow the business
Comfortable and experienced working with other internal teams to drive business development , including writing thought leadership and ensuring we bring the best of JC to best serve our clients
