    Business Support Administrator

    We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team in Newcastle.

    The Administrator will be responsible for managing the organisation and coordination of office administrative procedures and resources to support the needs of the office.

    The Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

    • Delivering a warm, professional meet and greet service and managing all front‑of‑house activity
    • Preparing client refreshments, maintaining meeting rooms, and managing room bookings
    • Supporting the organisation and delivery of business development events, including out‑of‑hours activity when required
    • Providing coordination and hands‑on support for internal office events
    • Managing client documentation and records, including scanning, filing, returning, and ensuring compliance with firm‑wide processes
    • Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail
    • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of office facilities, ensuring spaces are well-presented and fully operational
    • Supporting health and safety requirements within the office
    • Providing general administrative support to Business Lines and Support teams as required

    About You:

    • Take ownership of your work and your professional development
    • Experience in administration or a client-facing support role is desirable but not essential
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
    • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive approach to changing demands
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a confident, professional first impression
