Business Support Administrator - Edinburgh (Office-Based) - Supporting an excellent client experience and smooth office operations
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Support Administrator to join our Edinburgh office. Working closely with our Senior Receptionist and Senior Administrator, you will support the delivery of a consistently professional welcome for clients and visitors, while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis. This is a fully office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Office Support
- Support the Senior Receptionist in delivering a warm, professional and consistent welcome to all clients and visitors.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, accurately and with professionalism.
- Help maintain well-presented reception and meeting spaces that reflect our JC values and high standards.
Operational Administration
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in line with data protection requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution.
- Provide responsive administrative support to Business Lines and Executive teams.
- Support the Senior Administrator in ensuring the office is well maintained, safe and fully operational.
